1. What details should I include in my profile?

Your profile should include accurate details such as your age, gender, education, profession, interests, photos, and an "About Me" section. You should also provide your church details, and answer the profile matching questions to help us better understand your preferences. Completing your profile with genuine and detailed information increases your profile match percentage and helps us find the most compatible matches for you.

2. Can I upload photos to my profile?

Yes, you can upload photos to your profile. We recommend using clear and recent pictures that present you in a respectful and genuine manner.

3. How do I search for suitable matches?

You can use our search feature to find profiles based on your preferences such as age, location,marital-status, profession and education. This helps you discover matches that align with your expectations.

4. How can I show interest in another profile?

You can show interest in another member by liking their profile or sending them a friend request. Once the other member accepts your friend request, you become friends and can start communicating with each other through the platform. Communication is only available after both members have mutually connected.

5. Is messaging available for all users?

No. Messaging is not available for all users. Free (Grace) members cannot send or receive messages.

To start chatting, you must have a Faith or Covenant membership and be mutually connected by having your friend request accepted. Faith members can message up to 25 different profiles, while Covenant members enjoy unlimited messaging.

6. What membership plans are available?

We offer three membership plans to suit different needs:

Grace Plan (Free): View up to 15 profiles per month, show interest, browse basic profiles, view blurred profile details, and no chat access.
Faith Plan (₹299 / 3 Months): Unlimited profile views, full profile details, unlimited friend requests, message up to 25 different profiles, chatroom access, and family details remain hidden.
Covenant Plan (₹599 / 6 Months): Unlimited profile views, unlimited messaging, unlimited friend requests, chatroom access, complete profile details including family information, and access to all premium features.

You can upgrade your membership at any time to enjoy additional features.

7. How do I improve my profile match percentage?

Complete all sections of your profile, including your personal information, church details, preferences, photos, and profile matching questions. The more complete and accurate your profile is, the better we can recommend compatible matches and increase your profile match percentage.

8. Can I update my profile information after registration?

Yes. You can update your profile details at any time by visiting My Account and updating your profile. Keeping your information up to date helps improve your profile visibility and ensures you receive more accurate match recommendations.

9. How can I report or block a user?

You can block a member only after they have accepted your friend request and become your friend. Simply visit their profile and click the Block option. Once blocked, they will be removed from your friends list and will no longer be able to contact you or send you messages.

If you need to report inappropriate behavior, you can use the Report option available in the chat window, and our support team will review the report.

10. How can I delete my existing account?

To delete your account, go to My Account → Settings and select Delete Account. You will be required to complete a verification process to confirm your identity. Once the verification is successful, your account will be permanently deleted.
